On 1 April 2019, all VAT registered companies will be required to submit VAT returns to HMRC through a digital platform.
The team at cbaSadofskys have used Xero for over five years and find that both its simplicity and functionality make it the best piece of software that is available to businesses for streamlining the full accountancy process.
Vicky Peat is cbaSadofskys’ Xero ambassador, helping clients to sign up and use the platform to its full advantage. She says:
“I enjoy helping our VAT registered clients use Xero and guide them through the changes to be prepared for Making Tax Digital, which comes into force in April 2019. I can guarantee it is down to earth technology, just like me.”
"With Xero, you can invite others to view your accounts online, get the real-time information that matters in your business and as it is hosted in the cloud, your data is completely secure even if your mobile device is lost or stolen.”
“The features include: automated feeds to import all bank accounts, credit card and PayPal transactions directly into the software. The dashboard provides a complete view of the business financials to show real-time bank balances, invoices, bills and expense claims. It can also create and send custom invoices, payments, returns and credits which are automatically tracked.”
“A real time-saving feature is the receipt manager. Simply take a photo of the receipt and input the information.”
“There will be further updates from HMRC regarding other businesses, not currently VAT registered and we will provide further updates.”
